About Us

Buddy brings over 35 years of business expertise to our clients. For twelve years, he led a national facilities services company with responsibility for K-12 schools and higher education operations across the United States. Buddy delivered results to customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction and company growth with annual revenues that increased, on average, by 24% per year over eleven years. He founded Southern Building Service in the mid-nineties and served as President of that organization. The company enjoyed exponential growth, again with very high customer satisfaction and references. Buddy and the Enriched executive team continue to have a “pioneering” attitude. Buddy graduated from the University of Tennessee with honors and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Steve Gritzuk is the President/COO at Enriched. He is responsible for the company’s operations and information technology functions. Prior to joining Enriched in 2017, he held several senior-level positions for a facilities firm specializing in K-12 facility services. He is accountable for ensuring quality operations and customer-centered programs for each and every Enriched client. Steve holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California (2025), a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University (2019), an MBA from Charleston Southern University (2004), and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University (2000).

Andy knows the inner workings of school systems – knowledge that helps Enriched better-serve clients. He joined the company with more than sixteen years of experience directing financial affairs as a school business administrator for public school districts. He leads a multi-state team in performing day-to-day functions necessary for the company’s success. Andy previously served as school business administrator for Haddonfield Public School District, New Jersey and Gloucester County Special Services School District in Sewell, New Jersey. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Buhl Electric, Inc. in Sterling, Virginia. He is a member of the International Association of School Business Officials and the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials and serves on the board for the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from Elon University and a master’s degree in business administration from Rowan University.

Shanna joined the Enriched team at the beginning of the 2021/22 school year, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer service and leadership. She spent her childhood in Indiana and settled in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Over a period of 15 years, she’s worked on various construction projects in the Midwest and Gulf South as a disaster relief volunteer. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with friends, attending concerts, exploring New Orleans, and reading!

Hanley joined ESS in 2020 and became part of the Enriched team in January 2024. After supporting our Northeast partners, she relocated to Florida to serve our Southeast charter schools. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Hanley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University. She enjoys beach days, spending time with her dog, and exploring new restaurants with friends.

Lauren joined Enriched in 2022. She holds a degree from Rutgers University–Camden and brings a strong background in customer relations, which allows her to foster positive connections and provide meaningful support to others – something she is especially passionate about. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Lauren has spent several years living in New Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Connor is a Director of Business Development with Enriched, working to establish and nurture partnerships throughout the country. Throughout his six-year journey with the ESS organization, he has developed a deep appreciation for the collaborative, mission-driven nature of the job. Connor’s passion for his role is fueled by the support he provides educators, solving operational challenges, and ultimately contributing to positive student outcomes. Outside of work, Connor enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys getting involved in his local community and spending time with his daughter, which allows him to unwind and recharge.

As Director of Business Development with Enriched, Sarah works with districts, maintaining close, ongoing dialogue with district leaders and education professionals. This provides her with real-time insight into emerging challenges and priorities. As a former substitute teacher, she is drawn to work that makes an impact and feels her role is a natural extension of that. What motivates Sarah most is knowing that the work Enriched does directly supports teachers, students, and administrators every day. She firmly believes that when districts have reliable staffing solutions, teachers can focus on teaching, and students benefit from consistency and stability. Sarah finds it incredibly rewarding to help districts solve real problems and see the relief that comes when a solution truly works.
