Four Simple Steps to Refer

Step 1: Register

Click the Register button to sign up for our Refer a Friend program.

Step 2: Refer

Share your unique referral link with friends via email, social media, or text message.

Step 3: Remind

Remind your friends to fill out the form through your referral link before going on to apply.

Step 4: Reward

If your referral meets program qualifications, you’ll receive a $100 gift card of your choice!

Qualifications

Please note, the ESS referral program is a completely automated process run through third-party software. Therefore, all program rules must be followed by both the referrer and referred candidate to be eligible for a reward. We are unable to make exceptions or manual adjustments.

  • Referred candidates must register using your referral link by completing the associated form before beginning their application. They must be brand new to the ESS/Enriched application process.
  • Referred candidates must complete their application, get hired, and work 10 of their first 45 calendar days (the 45-day period begins on the date of the candidate’s first completed assignment).
  • Referred candidates must not have undergone any disciplinary action.
  • ESS/Enriched Corporate Employees are not eligible to participate in this program.
